You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.
To start a return, please contact us at support@northember.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
If you received a defective or damaged item, we'll gladly exchange it for a new one. Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.
For hygiene reasons, opened or used hand warmers cannot be returned unless defective.
